Valid JW license in the state of Colorado.
Valid driver’s license in the state of Colorado.
Able to pass random UA
Must be able to clearly communicate goals and objectives with team members and customers.
Will be responsible for troubleshooting/repair of basic lighting and power circuits.
Will be responsible for overseeing small projects.
Motor controls experience is a plus.
Heavy equipment operation is a plus.
CDL is a plus.
Must be able to supervise apprentices and teach when necessary.
Must provide basic electrical hand tools and basic cordless power tools. (Specialty tools and equipment provided.)

Solar Repair Crew Manager
Work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Repair and maintain ground-mount solar PV systems including racking, module-level power electronics (Micro-inverters/Optimizers), array wiring, and junction boxes
Maintain a clean job site and work truck
Interact with clients in a respectful manner
Perform other related duties as required
Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
Supervise a crew of 3-10
Complete job-site related paperwork and maintain accurate records
Assist in loading and unloading company vehicles

Electrical Apprentice
Learning from the master electrician and completing all assigned duties.
Identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and assisting with repairs of equipment and electrical faults.
Traveling out to various public and private spaces to assist the master electrician.
Interpreting blueprints and schematics
Updating work logs, client accounts, and handling other administrative duties.
Ordering replacement parts and equipment as needed.
Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties.
Working irregular hours and overtime when required.
Communicating with clients in a professional, courteous manner at all times.
Collaborating with construction workers, plumbers, and other crew members.
Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
Ability to handle criticism appropriately.
A valid driver's license or reliable transport.
Inventory Specialist
We are looking for an organized Inventory Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that inventory levels are always sufficient to meet customer demand. In this position, you will be expected to monitor inventory levels, track inventory movements, and coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory is received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner. This position also assists the general manager with basic office duties, such as answering phones, scanning documents, creating bid letters, etc.
Quickbooks online and xcel skill required. Electrical parts knowledge a plus. Pay DOE starting at 17.00 an hour.
